Heavy
Timber Log Truss and Log Tie Beams
We design and build custom Log
Truss for any project. Typical we use
between 12" and 20" full round Red Pine Logs for
our Log Trusses and Tie Beams. Our Heavy Timber Log
Trusses and Beams are air dried for a period of 12 months to
ensure a very stable Truss. Our Log Trusses are
designed using blind fasteners with our Trademark Log
Joinery. Our "Trademark Log Truss Design"
will have All Log Flared Connections..... this produces
great eye appeal and gives the Log Trusses a truly massive appearance.
Log Trusses are available in
Span Lengths
up to 40 foot long and roof pitches up to
12/12 Our Trusses are available in Two
versions ( Fully Assembled or Knock Down
Models ) and shipped to your location ready to
install. A Fully
Assembled Log Truss is just that....fully assembled at our yard
and then shipped direct to your site Fully
Assembled. If size allows, we will ship the trusses fully assembled and ready to set.
You can imagine the advantages in having prefabricated Log
Trusses delivered and ready to set.
Our Knock Down Truss Models are assembled
at our yard, numbered - disassembled and then shipped to your
site. You will
then have to re-assemble the Truss once they arrive at your
site. If size does not allow for shipment of Large Log
Trusses and Heavy Timber Trusses..... we can ship the Log Truss members,
with the engineered connection systems, for ease of assembly at your building site.

never come apart for the lifetime of the truss....
